Naturopathy is a holistic modality combining traditional healing methods, current scientific evidence and clinical experience. Taking into account the whole person and all that determines and influences our health and happiness, Naturopathy considers and supports the physical body, mind, spirit, environment, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing.
In order to determine the underlying status of health, functional testing, dietary analysis, blood analysis, allergy testing and physical examinations are utilised.
Treatment may include nutritional advice and supplementation, herbal and botanical medicine, flower essences, dietary and lifestyle advice as well as mindfulness and meditation guidance.
Sherab runs her own Naturopathic Clinical practice under the title ‘Amrita Health’. Amrita is Sanskrit for the elixir which grants health and immortality. The Medicine Buddha holds a begging bowl in his lap filled with Amrita to benefit all beings and restore optimal health and wellbeing.
Sherab can offer support for the following: Mental health, Hormonal imbalance, Fertility, Autoimmune conditions, Thyroid disorders, Weight loss, Pain and inflammation, Healthy ageing, Skin health, Allergies and more.
