Naturopathic consultations are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at Sherab's home clinic in Nirimba (Caloundra West).

Initial consultations are 90 minutes. Sherab will spend time listening to all your health concerns to gain a holistic picture of your individual issues. This includes a thorough review of your medical and family history, signs and symptoms, environmental, social and lifestyle factors such as diet and exercise, as well as mental, emotional and spiritual components. 

A thorough treatment plan will be tailored to your specific needs to address diet and lifestyle factors.  A unique prescription will be supplied to support your journey to optimum health and wellbeing. 

Follow up consultations are recommended to review pathology and functional testing as well as support for dietary and lifestyle goals.
